DELIVERY & RETURNS

Here are your options for delivery.

UK DELIVERY

1. Orders over £85, regardless of size, are eligible for free Royal Mail 48 hour tracked postage.                                        

2. Orders under £85, UK delivery is £4.95 and your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour. 

3. Or you have the option for Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour which is £6.95 

You will be notified of your tracking number by email. Please check this tracking number on the Royal Mail website for all updated information relating to your order. 

Your order will usually get to you within 3-5 working days but, this could take longer if there is an unforeseen circumstance (eg Royal Mail strike, Weather etc). 

We do not take responsibility or liability in cases where delivery has been attempted and no-one has been available to sign for your package.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

EUROPE - Standard European delivery will cost £13.95 and will be a tracked service with Royal Mail.

Please allow 3-5 business days for arrival in normal conditions. 

REST OF WORLD - Standard International delivery will cost £24.95 and will be a tracked service with Royal Mail.

Please allow 6-7 business days for arrival in normal conditions. 

If you order products from my site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We always hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund here is what you need to do…

1.     Please email contact@novkovicdavies.com and let us know that you wish to return an item

 

2.     All items must be unworn with the tags attached and sent back in the original packaging within 14 days.

 

 

3.     When we receive your returns they will be inspected and where the items comply with the above a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email. Or, if you'd like an exchange, please send us an email.

 

4.     You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs when returning an item. Please send it to the below address, including a note with your name and reason for returning.
